Our Mission

KC Surge Volleyball Club is a competitive program based in Overland Park, KS, serving athletes across the surrounding communities. Our coaching staff includes current and former collegiate athletes who bring high-level experience across both indoor and sand volleyball, along with advanced training and real insight into what it takes to compete at the next level.

Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential — on and off the court. We provide a focused, high-energy environment where players are challenged to elevate their skills, build confidence, and develop strong teamwork and sportsmanship.

At KC Surge, athletes gain more than volleyball training. We emphasize accountability, communication, resilience, and leadership — equipping our players with the mindset needed to compete, lead, and perform under pressure.
